 Digital Layout Technician

CCE Specialties, LLC/Hargo is an established specialty drywall company specializing in cold-formed metal framing, custom drywall and acoustical ceiling solutions for projects across Virginia, Maryland and Washington, D.C.
We are currently adding to our team and seek a Commercial Construction Digital Layout Technician with experience, particularly with the Hilti PLT 300 system but other digital layout system experience would be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

  • Work with other CCE/Hargo personnel in office or on jobsite layouts (chalk lines, markings etc.).

  • Calculate target positions and layouts given coordinates related to control lines.

  • Download CAD drawings.

  • Check positions in drawings versus layout system.

  • Communicate to CCE/Hargo personnel layout specifics, inconsistencies.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be capable of reading and comprehending construction drawings.

  • Must be willing to work 40 hours per week.

  • Reliable transportation necessary .

  • Pay based on experience. All positions with CCE and its subsidiary, Hargo LLC, have room to grow based on performance.

  • Job type: Full time.

  • Salary: From $20.00 to $25.00 per hour (depending on experience).

  • Expected hours: 40 per week.

  • Ability to commute.

  • Commercial construction digital layout experience: 1+ years(required).
